When you grow up, it’s likely many will encourage you down paths you don’t want to go. Paths never meant for you. Many will believe THEY know what is best for YOU. How can anyone else know what is best for you. They can’t. Only you know what is best for you. 

当你长大后，很可能很多人会鼓励你沿着你并不想要而且也不适合你的路走下去。许多人会相信别人知道什么最适合你。别人怎么可能知道什么对你最好呢？他们不能，只有你最清楚什么适合自己。

Let me make it clear… NO ONE, not even your mom or your dad, no one, knows what is best for you, except YOU. Always be gracious enough to listen to others opinions, but be strong enough to know they are just opinions. You decide what is YOUR TRUTH. 

让我来澄清一下…除了你，没有人，即使你的父母也不知道什么最适合你。对他人的意见保持谦恭的同时，你要知道那仅仅是意见而已。是你自己决定你生活的真谛。

How do you know what is your truth. You feel it in your heart. That is called your intuition. It never lies, it always knows the right path to choose. Just make sure you get still, quiet and listen. You can’t hear your intuition when it is clouded by noise. When life is loud, and the noise is deafening, take a moment, be alone and be still, you will hear the answers. You’ll hear the truth.

怎样知道生活的真谛之所在呢？用心去感知它，你的直觉从不撒谎，它最清楚适合你的道路。你只要安静下来，静静地听。当你被生活的噪音遮蔽时，你听不到直觉的呼唤。此时你要花点时间，独自一人静下来，相信你会听到内心的答案和生活的真谛。

Some may say it is selfish to do only what is best for you… You will soon learn that is not true. For what is best for you, is always what is best for others. Especially those that don’t understand what is best for them. 

有人会说，只做利己的事情太自私了…但很快你就会发觉，事实并非如此。因为对你来说最好的东西，往往也是最利他的，尤其是对于那些不知所措的人。

Don’t be a people pleaser, You will end up pleasing no one.

不要试图去取悦别人，否则你最终也不会取悦任何人。
